THE sign....

Pretty excited about our new KaeLee Denise Photography sign!

Which will be used at Wedding Festivals and events/shows. The sign was made by Caleb Goins at Native Tribe Designs in Asheville, NC. If you've never checked out Caleb's signs and sculptures---you should- they are amazing! I was super impressed by how fast he got it done :)

Autumn Olive Photography....

With a list a mile long of things I SHOULD be doing- editing photos, designing two wedding albums, setting up my new blog site, printing and preparing photo orders, instead I got sucked into blogging.

I just wanted to share one photo from Sara and Nathan's wedding last weekend. My friend, Cristen, owns Autumn Olive Photography out of Marion, NC. I had the great pleasure of being her second shooter for a wedding last weekend. A gorgeous small wedding.

Thanks Cristen for having me along....

Just two....

I HAD to rush home and post just two photos from my photo shoot this morning before heading to Asheville for the rest of the day!!!!

Oh how I love photographing sweet babies....

Alaska...part II

More more more!!! Everyone wants more photos from our Alaska trip...here they are!

The boys did a lot of fishing while we were there, sockeye salmon, pink salmon, grayling and trout! Although I did fish for salmon I was unsuccessful, BUT I did catch a lake trout with ease! The rest of my time at the river was spent reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. :) Since I never find time to read at home, except at bed time, which only means a couple of pages each night.

We visited "Exit" Glacier which was an amazing experience, though also quite sad. As you are driving toward the glacier there are wooden signs with a date on each. The location of these signs marks where the edge of the glacier touched that year. While hiking the trail that runs to the top of the glacier we met another couple who had visited the glacier just two years earlier and commented on how much it had melted back just in two years! Its an eye opener to see just how much global warming is effecting every aspect of our planet.

Chris and I also hiked a couple of days. Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous is all I can say!
